2. Service Description
Next Step Kitchens provides catering and culinary services, including:
- Sober Living Home Catering – Specialized meal services for sober living communities
- Event Catering – Weddings, corporate events, charity galas, and private functions
- Executive Meals – Professional dining experiences
All services are provided by 'Chef' Anthony Bettis and team in the North Hollywood, CA area.
3. Booking and Reservations
Quotes and Estimates
- All estimates provided are free of charge and non-binding
- Final pricing may vary based on guest count, menu selections, and service requirements
- A quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance
Confirming Your Event
- Events are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit (amount to be discussed)
- Final guest counts must be provided at least 7 days prior to the event
- Final payment is due 3 days before the event date
4. Pricing and Payment
- Prices listed on this website are subject to change without notice
- Payment methods accepted: Major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash (exact change appreciated)
- A 20% service charge may be added to catering events with staff
- Prices do not include gratuity (tips are appreciated but not mandatory)
5. Cancellations and Refunds

6. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies
- We strive to accommodate dietary restrictions including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-specific needs
- Please inform us of all dietary restrictions and allergies at the time of booking
- While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that our kitchen is completely allergen-free
7. Food Safety and Quality
- All food is prepared in compliance with Los Angeles County health regulations
- We maintain high standards for food safety and freshness
- Perishables left at events after service cannot be returned or refunded
- We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem conditions unsafe for food handling
8. Event Logistics
Service Area
- Primary service area: North Hollywood, CA and surrounding Los Angeles County
- Events outside this area may incur additional travel fees
Timing
- Standard service hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Events requiring service outside these hours may incur overtime charges
Setup and Cleanup
- Catering fees include basic setup and cleanup of food service areas
- Extensive cleanup or venue restoration may incur additional charges
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including images, videos, text, and logos, is the property of Next Step Kitchens
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written consent is prohibited
- Images displayed in our gallery are for demonstration purposes and may not represent actual events
10. Limitation of Liability

- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from use of this website
- Any damage to property during events, except where caused by our direct negligence
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
